Am I the first to check in on day number 3?
Cool! I had a slow day but it quickly turned around. I hit a wall then the wall told me I needed to make the good guy in my story a bad guy and suddenly I was off and running. My fingers couldn’t type fast enough!
I got 1480 words in today, could have kept going but the voices in my head said to pace myself. Why are evil characters so much more fun to write about than the nice guys?

All you Saturday Writer girls are SUCH Rock Stars! Just give us a writing challenge and it is ON!
Way to go everybody! We’re having some fun now!

  3. Cheryl Says:

935 words tonight. I’m going slow at the beginning as I have a lot of planning still to do. I’m working through Holly’s Think Sideways class and after I get a few more lessons finished, I should be able to write faster, since I’ll know where I’m going!

My congrats to the other Saturday Writer girls too! Keep it up!

  4. Sara Says:

Sorry, girls. I wrote about 40,000 words today, but they were RFP responses and addendums and treatments. I’m pooped and don’t think I can bear the thought of typing one more word. Even just typing this hurts! I’ll get my words in tomorrow!

  5. Deanne Says:

I did manage 500 words today. My excuse isn’t as good as Sara’s. I had a long overdue hair appointment. My hair is now bright, shiney and trimmed nice and neat. It feels so much better.

Everyone is doing great. Keep up it up and we will all have something good when we get done.

I didn’t get started til later tonight but I did get 926 workds today. I am also planning my story with the a program called Writing a Novel Made Easy as I go. I’m on the part where I am developing the characters. Trying to do a little every day. It does feel good to see everyone writing. Until tomorrow.
